Eligible returns must be made in store at Salloum Cell.
Zero Restocking Fee
There is no restocking or return fee for eligible returns.
Fast Refund Turnaround
Once the returned product has been inspected and the refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 days after approval.
Products that have been opened, activated, used, damaged, or are no longer in their original condition are not eligible for a change-of-mind return or refund.
Exchanges

Technical Inspection Requirement
Defective or faulty products are subject to inspection by Salloum Cell and/or the applicable supplier, distributor, or manufacturer before a solution is approved.
Warranty Exclusions
Physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, or damage caused by improper use is not considered a manufacturing defect and may not be covered under warranty.

Customers should bring the product, its original packaging and accessories, and proof of purchase when requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
